How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Iranegypt Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Iranegypt Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Iranegypt Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@iranegypt.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer leaves you unhappy, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
