Iranegypt Heating & Air is a referral service. We do not hire employees to do repairs. Instead, we connect homeowners with independent providers who already run their own businesses. If you want more calls from people who need heating and cooling help, you may be a fit.

Think of it like a farmers market stall. You still grow, sell and serve in your own way. We help more people find your stall.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for independent contractors and small companies that handle:

• AC repair, including urgent cooling problems
• Furnace repair and furnace replacement
• General HVAC service for older and newer homes

We especially value providers who are patient with older houses. Frame homes, bungalows and ranch homes often hide past repairs, tight spaces and aging parts. Providers who explain what they find, in simple words, tend to earn trust.

What We Expect

Providers in our network agree to some basic standards:

• Hold the licenses, permits and insurance required where you work
• Answer homeowner inquiries politely and promptly when you can
• Give clear written quotes before major work begins
• Be honest about timing, since availability changes with weather and season
• Never promise insurance coverage, and help homeowners document damage when asked

All work, pricing and results are between you and the homeowner. Iranegypt Heating & Air does not do the work and does not set your prices.

• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details, as required in your area
• The preferred way for homeowners to reach you

We review each note and reply if there is a fit with homeowner requests in our area.
